Orders & Deliveries
Due to the current COVID-19 outbreak, we are only able to deliver to a home address and would prefer if the recipient's phone number is provided so we can notify them of a contact free delivery.
Particular flowers cannot be guaranteed due to current restrictions, seasonality, unavailability and other unforeseen circumstances.
We require 48 hrs notice for delivery or pick up. If you need to postpone the delivery we need at least 24 hrs notice as we pre order all of our flowers.
We deliver anytime between 10am-4pm but if you require delivery at a specific time, please call us on 0433 296 026 BEFORE you place the order and we will try to accommodate.
Refunds are not applicable for a change of mind.
We cannot provide a refund if you have provided an incorrect address, please make sure you provide a current address. We can re-deliver at a later time if the wrong information was given, but you will charged another fee.
Fresh flowers last between 4-7 days with proper care, keep fresh flowers away from direct sunlight, heaters, fireplaces, drafty areas or near food. Replace water daily for bouquets or vase arrangements, top up with a little water every two days for oasis bricks.
